Policies - Kids Can Sew Program



COST: $50/month, September and June are ½ months and therefore ½ price.
There is a family discount.

Students are required to purchase their own fabric and notions for each project. Fabric and notions for the first project, the backpack, are included in the registration fee.

As a special incentive, if you sign up a friend, you will receive a 10% discount off the next months' tuition.

Tuition is due prior to the first week of class and at the beginning of each month.

A $35 non-refundable registration fee is required for all new students. Returning students pay a $10 registration fee. Returning students will continue to use their current pattern workbook until most of the projects have been completed. After which they will have the option of purchasing a new workbook or purchase, on their own, a commercial sewing pattern approved by the teacher.

Maximum of 4 students per class

*Missed classes are made up on the last calendar Friday or by arrangement with the Instructor.
Fees cannot be transferred from month to month


All sewing machines and tools are provided.
Students do not need to bring equipment.
Sewing craft projects are available to the students who finish a project with class time left to spare.
All sewing is done in my studio; no outside sewing required.
Full payment for class must accompany registration. Check or cash accepted.

If a student must cancel, 50% of the class fee will be retained. No refunds on or after the first day of class.
